This is the account of a three week bike tour through some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. The book is packed full of spectacular photographs, useful information and the account of the journey made by Tom and Harry. Starting in the city of Chandigahr, my friend Harry and I cycled along the famous Manali to Leh Highway and then over the highest motorable pass in the world. On the way we experienced stunning landscapes, fascinating wildlife, the kindness of strangers, wonderful campsites, illness, landslides and Buddhist monasteries. Reading this book is a great adventure in itself and is a great resource for people planning a bicycle tour in the Himalayas.

A cracking read that makes you want to put your bike on a plane and follow in his wheel tracks. If, like me, you have a black and white Kindle you won't get the full benefit of the stunning photos but they are all available on his website.
